Pod Buds Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped by UPS unless other arrangments have been agreed upon prior to purchase.
International orders will NOT be accepted at this time.
How long will it take for my pod buds to ship?
It is our goal for you to have your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same business day it is received. However, due to unforseen circumstances, that may not always be possible. So, please allow 24 to 72 hours (holidays and weekends) to process your order before it ships. Most orders shipped standard delivery will be shipped by UPS and depending on your shipping address, it may take between 10 to 12 business days.
We ship daily Monday-Friday 52 wks a year EXCEPT for weekends and holidays. If ALL your ordered items are officially "in stock", your Pod Buds order will typically ship the same or the following 'Business Day' after your order has been officially placed, bank authorized, and address verified.
NOTE: We try to keep everything in stock, but in the event of a temporary 'back-order' we will notify you via email (only) within 1-3 Business Days. Our Headphone.com website updates product quantities periodically so there exists a remote chance something you ordered appeared 'in-stock' on the website but may become temporarily 'back-ordered' before we could completely process your online order request and correctly adjust available quantities.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We reserve the right to hold all international and overseas orders for a MINIMUM period of 2 weeks (10 business days) after charging the credit card for full authorization and complete bank verification of international address credit card transactions. By placing your international order at PodBuds.com, you agree to have the card charged at time of order and your shipment may not leave our facility for a minimum of 2 weeks.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY METHODS
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)
HeadRoom exclusively uses UPS for our primary contracted shipping carrier. Their service is not necessarily the cheapest but it's extremely fast & highly reliable worldwide. Their online automated package tracking service is also second to none. Even though UPS delivery can indeed cost a dollar or two more, you'll find reasonable shipping rates at Headphone.com
UPS Ground, 3-Day Selected, and 2-Day Air shipping are available & typically run $13-$60 per package. Costs vary according to the delivery zone where you are located, the actual size/weight of your package(s), and speed of delivery selected.
UPS Ground: A rapid 4-7 Business-Day tracked/traced delivery service, your package arrives on your doorstep within 4-7 Business Days after shipment from our Pod Buds facility located in Tampa, Florida USA. Available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 3-Day Select Delivery: Your package should arrive within 3 or 4 [for east coast] Business Days after shipment from our Pod Buds facility located in Tampa, Florida USA. Available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 2-Day Air Delivery; Your package will arrive within 48 business hours [2 business days] of being shipped from our Pod Buds facility. UPS 2-Day Air is the minimum (cheapest) shipping method to all Alaska and Hawaii addresses.
Shipping Times & Product Availability
We try to keep all items in stock as much as possible, but in the event of a back-order we will notify you via email within 1-3 business days. Our website cart updates stock quantities every 24-48 hrs so there exists a remote chance something you ordered appeared 'in-stock' on the website but may become temporarily "back-ordered" before we had a chance to process your online order request and correctly adjust available quantities.
Alaska & Hawaii Delivery
If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please note that the shipping methods we offer will generally take 2-3 days longer than in the continental U.S. Therefore, 2nd Day Air Express is the minimum UPS shipping charge to Hawaii or Alaska. No GROUND delivery to Alaska or Hawaii is available.
*IMPORTANT: Please be advised all package shipping costs via ANY carrier and/or method is a 100% Non-Refundable Fee.Pod Buds will not be held responsible for missed, slow, or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including unexpected carrier delivery delays, weather and/or mechanical-related delivery slow-downs, 'signature-required' package drop-off enforcement, delivery hang-tag notification, non-availability of delivery speed or method selected, or other any other reason(s).
Although UPS and USPS are both usually very reliable package delivery services, all Pod Buds shipping fees are completely NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. "Overnight" UPS Express service included!
Finally, we do NOT use our shipping costs as a profit center! We strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective AND, more importantly, most reliable shipping service possible.
