Returns
- All returns must be returned to Pod Buds with freight PREPAID. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
- All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 90 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
- Defective product can be returned to Pod Buds within 10 days of sale. After 10 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
- Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Pod Buds will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.
- Products can be returned to Pod Buds for a refund if the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.
- Products that are opened and used can only be returned if they are broken or defective.
- Pod Buds does not offer refunds for opened products.
- In the case you receive something other than what you ordered due to a shipping error, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item and pay for additional shipping as long as it was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.
- If the mix-up was due to user error (i.e. ordering the wrong color or product by accident), we will do an exchange* as long as the product was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original plastic packaging.
